1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Heaven Gravel Holidays will be responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest and present in inclusion items. All other services which are not paid for by the guest or not mentioned in the inclusion list of the package are suggested services and Heaven Gravel Holidays is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
  • In situations beyond our control like riots, food, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the program of the tour must be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. Likewise, if the customer must leave the tour mid-way due to any reasons including and not limited to death of relative, or illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
  • The customer has any complaint regarding our service including and not limited to hotels, house boats, transport etc. they are advised to inform our operations manager immediately on  +91 80826 47561 so that the same be readdressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the same will be entertained after the tour programs.

2. PACKAGE PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Confrmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% Payment: 50% of the payment as advance and the rest of the amount on or before 10 days of the tour date otherwise booking will be released automatically without any further intimation from our end. In the case when the trip is booked only within 10 days of the tour date 100% of the payment has to be made while booking.
  • Zero percent cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days in advance. 50 percent of the total package cost if cancelled before 15 to 29 days of your arrival. No refund if cancelled within 15 days of your arrival.
  • The cost of the fight tickets needs to be paid in full and in advance in order to confrm the fight tickets. Any change in the cost of fights at the time of booking will be intimated to you and booked only after your confrmation. Variation in cost of fights is beyond the control of EMEC and hence EMEC cannot be held accountable for the change in fight cost.
  • You are requested to pay 50% an advance payment enabling us to confrm your FIT or GIT bookings within 48 Hours and 50% payment before the date of Arrival otherwise booking will be released without any further information from our end. 0 To 5 Years without Bed Complimentary Child above 5 to 12 years is Chargeable as per Extra Bed
  • Heaven Gravel Holidays Powered by Tripdocks Confrmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% Payment: 50% of the payment as advance and the rest of the amount on or before 10 days of the tour date otherwise booking will be released automatically without any further intimation from our end.   • Your package is fully refundable if the cancellation is done 30 days in advance of your arrival date. The cancellation charges for your package will be based on the below scheme.

3. SIGHTSEEING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Sonmarg: Depending on weather conditions our vehicle will be able to take you to either Gagangir or Sonmarg main market. After Sonmarg, if you wish to go to Fish point, Zojila pass or Zero point, those can be covered in additional Union taxi chargeable to customer only. There is only a Union Cab, Charges for Union Cab: 3500/-to 5000/- (Negotiable). Likewise, for Thajwas Glacier only ponies are available and are to be charged to the customer directly. Rates for ponies negotiable.
  • Gulmarg's Gondola Ride offers snowy adventures and activities. Tickets cost Rs. 810 for the frst phase and Rs. 1010 for the second phase. Heaven Gravel Holidays bookings require full payment. Cancellation follows standard rules with refunds credited within 7 working days to the original payment source. Refunds only from EMEC, not deducted from tour packages.
  • Pahalgam offers stunning valleys like Aru, Betaab, and Chandanwari (ABC Valley), accessible via Union Taxis with fares ranging from Rs. 1500 to Rs. 4500 based on destinations and vehicle type. Baisaran Valley is a must-visit for its natural beauty, reachable on foot or by Horse Riding with negotiable rates. Sinthan Top, a snowy spot, requires Union Taxis with fares between Rs. 5500 to Rs. 9000, negotiable as well.
  • Doodhpathri: Another scenic beauty in Kashmir. Union taxi is required. Rates for same are highly negotiable and chargeable to customer.
  • Dal Lake: In Srinagar if you are staying at the Houseboat 1hour Shikara Ride is complimentary, do not pay for the same. However, if you want to enjoy for extra time, same can be communicated with the shikarawala, negotiated and paid to him directly.
  • It is not mandatory for guests to take ponies in Gulmarg & Pahalgam to visit all the important tourist spots, all the major tourist attraction points are in close proximity so you can walk it down. However, if still, you wish to take poly ride/sledging / rafting etc. the rates the highly negotiable. Please bargain to your max.
  • The Union Taxis are to be paid by customer directly if it is not included in inclusion list. If it is included in inclusion list then Heaven Gravel Holidays will arrange the Union taxis mentioned in inclusion list.
